Students in ethnic minority areas live in a unique national life world. The purpose of Chinese language learning in Yi area is to make children to get the self certificate and the ability of self-improvement with Chinese in the life world, namely, the ability to take on life in Chinese. The study is going to explore the use of Chinese-language materials in reality using in primary school in Zhaojue as study objects. The article will further discuss the factors that influence teaching quality in practice. Based on data analysis of worldwide studies relating to materials, this article discusses the practical use of Chinese-language materials in bilingual education in the Primary School bilingual class environment. By questionnaire and interview, it is concluded that by using Chinese-language materials in bilingual classes, the minority students appeared to have difficulty in learning. Educators were unable to promote the overall teaching quality by making proper teaching arrangements, or by making full use of the materials.The plight of Yi district primary school Chinese materials is limited, teaching material from life, students learning result is low. the external environment conducive to students’ language acquisition. Its deep reason lies in the fact that Yi district primary school Chinese teaching from the life world of the Yi people’s children.The author based on the research experience of a large number of scholars in the field of national education, focus on internal and external factors involving Chinese teaching. Yi district primary school Chinese teaching must show the life of Yi nationality children’s characteristic, to give children use to show Chinese Yi culture, express the ability of self life. Yi district primary school Chinese teaching return to Yi children live from teachers, teaching materials, students, and language learning environment in four aspects, improving teacher training mechanism, shape the Yi Han two-way high-quality teacher team; Around Yi student life to improve classroom teaching methods; Combination of compiling teaching materials and make full use of existing teaching material; To mobilize all forces and the use of modern methods to improve Chinese learning environment. To make Yi district primary school Chinese-language material back to children’s life.
