| Along with the expanding of postgraduate education, the quality of postgraduate education has been doubted widely, the postgraduate degree is no longer the symbol of elite or high-end. Consequently, the problem of employment difficulty and poor employment quality of postgraduates become increasingly obvious. It is commonly believed that career planning is an effective measure for solving the employment problem, and the practical significance of career planning to one’s career development could not be ignored. Simultaneously, in the research area of enterprise management and organizational behavior, the cultivating and exploiting of employee’s proactive behavior has become a critical issue, the existing study achievement has confirm that specific proactive behavior can be critical for the success of one’s career. Under the pressure of optimism educational environment and employment situation, the postgraduates have to take charge of their own future and reach their full potential. Career planning can be an important channel for the postgraduate to improve their quality and ability, thus to solve the employment problem. Hence, it’s necessary and meaningful to research the proactive behavior on career planning of postgraduate.Taking the full-time academic postgraduates as the study subjects, this paper combines the research outputs of organizational behavior and postgraduate education. First, this paper utilizes the literature analytic method for the purpose of integrating the existing study about the employee’s proactive behavior and the career planning of postgraduate. Then we unite the results of interview, design" the questionnaire of the current situation of postgraduate’s proactive behavior on career planning" and "the questionnaire of the influence factor of postgraduate’s proactive behavior". Next, our research investigates the graduate students in Fuzhou University for the empirical study, and analyses the data by SPSS16.0. For the sake of ensuring the reliability and validity of the self-designed questionnaires, we begin our formal investigation after removing the subjects which do not meet the requirements of statistics. Based on the formal data, this paper explores the current situationã€differences and influence factors of postgraduate’s proactive behavior on career planning, hoping to offer some new ideas and methods for the improving of postgraduate education’s quality. |
