Research On Training School Teachers’ Qualification System

Training school teacher has an irreplaceable role in promoting curriculum reform, the promotion of study research, enhancing teachers’ professional ability, whose professional strands have an important impact on the quality of basic education in our country to a certain extent. Thus, it is necessary to focus on members of this group.However, at the moment, the qualification of training school teacher basically follows the existing teacher qualification system, which has the gap with the position and responsibilities of training school teacher, manifest in training school teacher and teachers are theirs specialized knowledge, professional skills, and basic working conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a qualification system for training school teacher.In this study, literature analysis is used to research the training school teacher’s basic theory, research status and related researches; questionnaires and interviews of JA District Education Academy of training school teacher and training teacher to understand stakeholders’suggestions and views on training school teachers’ qualification system.In this study, the role change from the era of the training school teachers’, and teacher certification system and the training school teachers’as well as the identity of the dislocation urgency to build training school teachers’qualification system and other aspects of the practical needs of training school teachers’qualification system to be explained. Progress has been followed by research staff qualification system to sort out, explore the competency of theory and teacher professional competency development stage theory and research staff qualification system and by studying the American academic supervisor qualification system, to form the theoretical basis of the qualification system. Combining with JA District Education Academy of training school teacher and training teachers’research, to form our training school teachers’ qualification system on professional knowledge, professional skills, qualifications, etc. The basic idea of the conditions of training school teachers’qualification system from qualification, written tests, interviews, a certificate, qualification review, arbitration and other aspects of the design.
