The Characteristics Of Internal Management Of The Graduate School Of Arts And Sciences Of Harvard University

It has theoretical and practical significance to do the research of Harvard school Management for the ongoing School Reform in our country. It is an important part of higher education administration to do the School management, the research of Harvard school Management can provide new perspectives and ideas to China’s School Reform. In recent years, though scholars have begun to do the research of school management of Oxford, Cambridge University, the research of American school Management are neither in depth nor comprehensive. This paper will use Student Handbook of Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences to analyze the content and features in Harvard school Management and we hope it can bring some inspiration and reference to University Management.There are five chapters in this article. The first chapter is an introduction, explained the background, significance, research methods,research technical route and current research at home and abroad. Chapter Ⅱ briefly describes the establishment of Harvard University, explains the meaning of Harvard school management, and authority of Harvard University. The third chapter describes the establishment of the Graduate School of Arts and explain and summarize the situation of the Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences as well as an overview of degree point. The fourth chapter in the Graduate School of Arts Student Handbook is based, discusses the contents of Student Affairs management in Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.The fifth chapter describes the features of the School Management in the Harvard University Graduate School of Arts. The sixth chapter is the conclusion, it explains the research of Harvard school management how to give us thinking.
