Research On Improving The Innovation Ability Of Science And Engineering Academic Graduate Students

Along with the continuous expansion of graduate enrollments and the reformation of postgraduate system, there’s been some achievements of the education of science and engineering academic graduate students in our country, Which shows in several aspects, such as a substantial increase in the number of training students, a significant improvement of the training quality, a better training system, and so on. However, there also exists some problems,which are, irrational structure of knowledge, no strong sense of innovation, innovation capability is weak literacy, innovation skills unfamiliar, innovation personality imperfect.These problems have seriously affected the cultivation of the innovation ability of science and engineering graduate academic, make it hard to meet the needs of social demand for creative talents. This paper makes a comprehensive and thorough analysis and summary of the core content and main elements of the innovation ability of science and engineering academic graduate students by documentary research method.
