Secondary vocational teachers are the dominant force in secondary vocational education, the burnout is closely related to the quality of education. Secondary vocational teachers’ job burnout status including a sense of accomplishment,depersonalization, and failure state of body and mind in three aspects. This research through to the Guangzhou 6 secondary vocational schools, 311 secondary vocational teachers’ questionnaires and interviews, found that secondary vocational teachers’ job burnout status is relatively serious, analyzes the reasons, and puts forward the countermeasures.Paper is divided into four parts:The introduction part, the paper introduces the research on edge, the theoretical and practical significance, and research at home and abroad are reviewed, based on this,explains the research content, research method and technical route of research.The second part, analyzes the results of this study, the results show that 89.06% of teachers have obvious symptoms of burnout, about 85.08% of the teachers’ physical and mental exhaustion symptoms, 58.90% of the sense of achievement is low; The vast majority of teachers are "depersonalization" burnout performance dimension.Secondary vocational teachers’ professional burnout exist gender, educational background, teaching experience and the title of significant differences, male teachers burnout level higher than that of female teachers, low degree of teachers’ burnout level is higher than the high degree of teachers’ burnout, teaching experience the longer the higher the degree of teachers’ job burnout, the title, the lower the level the higher the degree of teachers’ job burnout.The third part, combined with the literature, this study was to survey and the interview process, the research concludes the important factors of secondary vocational teachers’ job burnout, mainly includes the social factors, such as low social expectation,factors such as reform put forward higher requirements to teachers; School factors,such as management mechanism factors such as low efficiency, big student management pressure; Personal factors, such as role conflict, difficult to achieve personal value and other factors.The fouth part, to study and put forward from the government’s concern, the school democratic management, the public tolerance and understanding, family care,improve teachers’ attainment in five aspects, such as ease secondary vocational teachers’ job burnout.
