With the quick development of higher education in recent years, it transports a large number of personnel for society which will greatly promote the development of society. However, it also made a indisputable fact which is the employment situation of Chinese university student become more and more sever. This phenomenon not only influenced the sustainable development of our socialist market economy but also the social stability faced with new challenges. With the development of market economy. optimization of industrial structure, the graduates not only need to face the pressure from other job seekers and needs to face a tough job market. Graduate not only have to face the difficulties of finding a job after graduation but also have to face the question of reality that is how’s the graduates adapt the career job life and how to face the change from a student to a career.Under the guidance of theories related to the sociology, the thesis applies quantitative and qualitative method to investigate for the graduate class of 2013 college graduates decision-making in the work. The thesis explored the difficulties and problems in the decision-making process. Based upon an analysis to describe about the right of choice in the work of the class of 2013 college graduates in Hunan Province, the writer adopted the statistics methods and Multi factor line regression method to research the influence about the range of decision method to research the influence about the organization atmosphere of unit and individual human resource for the range of decision in the work to graduates. The results verified the two hypotheses proposed in the thesis, drawing the following conclusion:Firstly, human resource capital has obviously influence on the power to make their own decision in the work of graduates. Secondly, the environment of organization has important influence on the power to make their own decision.According to the above research results and the present situation, the writer gave some suggestions and measures from both subjective and objective aspects for enhanced the chance to the power to make their own decision of graduates. Firstly, established a comprehensive career planning and prepared for the future job. Secondly, created the right unit organize environment for stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff. Thirdly, developed a democratic-oriented leadingship style for staff’s participation in decision making. Fourthly, improved the support of employment and giving full play to the roles of job markets.
