A Study On The Relationship Between Employability And Career Decision Difficulty Of University Graduates

Career decision-making difficulty refers to the individual's failure and make a decision on his career,hich has a significant impact on the future career development of college graduates.In this paper,college graduates as the main research object,with employability.career decision-making self-efficacy,career decision-making difficulties as the main variables,explore the contemporary college graduates to reduce the way of career difficulties,to alleviate the current situation of career decision-making difficulties.In this study,questionnaire method was used,and the main measurement tools were employability scale,self-efficacy scale for career decision-making,and difficulty scale for career decision-making.colleges and universities in Tianjin.Beijing.Hebei and other places of 500 college graduates as participants,investigate the current situation of university graduates employment ability,and career decision-making,discusses issues of career decision-making difficulties of college graduates employment ability influence the mechanism of action,and furher reveals the career decision-making self-efficacy in mediating role between employability and career decision-making difficulties,and the results show that the medium level of career decision-making difficulties of college graduates is.girl career decision-making difficulty is significantly higher than boys,has held the post of student cadre of graduates significantly below the level of career decision-making difficulties has held the post of student cadre of graduates,consistent with the interest of the graduates in employment ability,career decision-making self-efficacy were significantly higher than the professional with the interest of students,professional and consistent interest graduates was significantly lower than in the career decision-making difficulties degree major and interest.the sense of self-efficacy plays a part in mediating between employability and difficulty in career decision-making.According to the above results,the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)The phenomenon of career decision-making difficulty of college graduates is of medium level.(2)Employability of college graduates can significantly predict career decision-making self-efficacy.and career decision-making self-efficacy of college graduates can significantly predict career decision-making difficulties.(3)Employability of college graduates affects career decision-making difficulties through self-efficacy in career decision-making.with the improvement of professional identity,interpersonal relationship,optimism,problem solving,social support,learning ability,teamwork and network differences,self-efficacy in career decision-making can reduce the difficulties in career decision-making.
