The famous educator Lv Shuxiang said that the students study can not be passive acceptance, it should be active learning, autonomous learning. The new curriculum standard proposed to change the old mode of teaching philosophy, this paper from the teaching reality, in the high school mathematics teaching, try the traditional teachers’teaching plan "change for the teachers and students sharing plan", the "reading practice-Inquiry-discuss-Evaluation" the classroom teaching mode in-depth classroom teaching, the "plan" to guide students to study independently. Learning plan guidance, to a large extent changed teachers’teaching and students’ learning, the students change from passive to active, prominent is students’ learning and practicing, reflected is teachers’ guide and help students learn is the main theme, the teacher’s guide is the finishing touch, "learning" and "guide" complementary and coordinated, complement each other, learning process is standardized and orderly and effective, to improve the efficiency of the classroom, the realization of the "teaching" and "learning" win-win.To carry out teaching with learning plan to effectively reduce the burden of students, change the teaching idea, in a great extent stimulate the students’ interest in learning, mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students’ learning. But everything can not be perfect, in the use of the learning plan teaching practice, more or less there are some of the problems, it is worth thinking about.The thesis consists of six parts:the specific contents are as follows:The first part:background, objectives, mainly introduces the topic research, methods.The second part:the theoretical basis mainly introduces the "learning plan guidance" teaching mode.The third part:mainly studies the writing teaching case and to expound the learning plan guidance mode, starting from several common classroom teaching mode, leads to exploration of the "learning plan guidance" teaching mode.The fourth part:mainly studies how the class module management how to effectively carry out the teaching mode of the learning plan teaching, and combining with the teaching practice, this two kinds of mode combination of classroom operation process, evaluation mechanism.The fifth part:through the research and analysis of student questionnaire and teacher interview on the "learning plan guidance" teaching model, so as to draw a conclusion of the experiment. The sixth part:according to some conclusions and Reflection on the research summarize, and make a summary to the full text research, and put forward research prospects.
