In recent years,with the wide opening of Chinese course in Thailand, more and more Chinese teachers are committed to seek teaching mode and methods which are suitable for Chinese classes in Thailand. Thematic Teaching mode is around themes of teaching. It is consistent with the concept of Chinese language education in Thailand and the characteristics of Thailand students. Because of these advantages, thematic teaching mode is used in Chinese teaching by many teachers. Combined with relevant teaching experience,this paper selects the zero-based Thailand middle school students as the object and conducts the research on the application of thematic teaching mode in Comprehensive Chinese course of Thailand middle school students. Through the study of this paper, the author hopes it can provide some inspiration for Chinese teaching in Thailand and even for the international Chinese language education all over the world.This paper is divided into 5 parts,including 3 chapters, introduction and conclusion.The part of introduction mainly explains the selecting reasons and theoretical basis of this research topic, and explains the research methods and literature reviews.Part 1 Focuses on describing the definition of comprehensive course and the content of teaching. It also summarizes the situation of comprehensive Chinese teaching in Thailand middle school.Part 2 outlines the connotation and features of thematic teaching model, and features of thematic teaching model based on a second language teaching. On this basis, this chapter,combined with Chinese proficiency of Thailand middle school students, learning characteristics, the competency standards of Chinese study in Thai middle school and "5C" standard, demonstrates that it is feasible to implement thematic Chinese teaching mode in comprehensive course for zero-based Thai middle school students.Part 3 is the main part of the paper. This chapter mainly conducts the teaching designfor thematic teaching model of comprehensive Chinese course in Thailand middle school from teaching preparation, teaching process these two aspects.Taking "time" this small theme as an example, it conducts the case design,and show a specific instructional design from the microscopic aspects.The part of conclusion mainly elaborates some views on the thematic teaching mode.
