"School-based curriculum" is required courses outside the country, for the implementation of the school’s educational philosophy, good personality development of students and to promote the professional development of teachers and to form school characteristics and a self-determined course. Wenzhou Third Middle School establishes the "learning and doing" scientific characteristics project in the guide of Wenzhou City Board of Education, "one school, one brand, one school more characteristics". How to develop school-based curriculum to reflect the distinctive school’s values, how to promote the development of school characteristics through the construction of the school-based curriculum.More than 5 years ago, I based on "learning and doing" science-based curriculum development and implementation, and launched a series of studies. Supported by the City Board of Education policy, the studies are advancing rapidly. We achieved some success in the project construction, curriculum development, multiple evaluation, project outcome and some other aspects. We improve the science and culture attainment of junior students and pursue the development of the science and culture of the school. Thus we practiced the school’s characteristic idea of the development "through the features to promote developments, through the innovations to develop brands" and enrich the connotation of the school and improve the overall educational quality of school on further.This paper uses the "education" as the starting point and foothold and uses "special" school behavior to enrich the educational process, pursuing the "culture" as the foundation of a broad educational goals, elaborating "learning and doing" philosophy of science and special education. " learning and doing "science-based curriculum education in the curriculum process applied to real teaching environment, combined with the new syllabus compulsory junior segment, and developing as the junior high school "learning" and "doing", around the" learning after doing, learning by doing, learning leads teaching "learning session.1. In the process of the formation of "learning and doing" science-based curriculum, we create a science campus and cultural phenomenon on further through constructing scientific feature educational venue; We pursue the development of the science and culture of the school through the development of science-based curriculum and the diverse experience of teachers and students.2. In the process of the implementation of "learning and doing" science-based curriculum process, we use the construction of the school curriculum to implement special education, with "science" as the focal point of the course, through the whole course construction, focusing on building a "basic, scalability, features" science curriculum system characteristics, " Determining the curriculum objectives developing the integrated curriculum resources-forming the curriculum-curriculum routine implementation-Course evaluation feedback" to implement school-based curriculum, to ensure that the implementation time special education science, space, enhancingscientific specialties connotation level of educational development, truly for all students, providing students with diverse scientific activity level development opportunities.3. In the "learning and doing" science-based curriculum series of cases show, we use the "go into the campus Science and Technology Museum," "scientific DV", "physical" learning and doing "innovative experiment" as typical cases. The show constructs from three aspects:developing of the objectives of the curriculum and clearing the strategy of development of the courses; forming the syllabuses and focusing the construction of resources of the curriculum; consummating the order of the curriculum and highlighting the curriculum developing evaluation of the students."Learning and doing" science-based curriculum is with the teaching-oriented " learning after doing, learning by doing, learning leads teaching", emphasizing the active participation of students. In April 2009 to January 2015, the teachers and students participate the curriculum actively, and achieved fruitful results. We achieved 15 national first prize,22 second prize; 12 provincial first prize, second prize; 182 municipal prize,272 second prize. "Learning and doing" science-based curriculum is a useful attempt to the grand education concept’ out of education see education, out of education develop education’. The curriculum promotes the development of school’s feature and the students, causes the professional consciousness of the teachers, and improves the education concept of the school.
