The composition of Junior High School students in compulsory education stage takes over a significant foundation status, which determines the writing level of their whole high school stage directly. In view of unoptimistic status of composition teaching currently, this article will be based on the practice of many front line teachers and the theoretical research from experts, combining personal teaching practice and reflecting years of teaching experience, carry on preliminary discussion of how to improve the effectiveness of class composition teaching. The narration writing is the key point of writing practice in Junior High School stage. We will start with it and discuss how to teach the narration writing lesson well.The observation writing teaching of Junior High School narration starts from microscopic classroom, guided by Bandura observational learning theory, focusing on the analysis of students learning, the selection of writing sample, the rouse of emotional experience, the refinement of writing rules, the promotion of writng efficacy, combining multiple process analysis of observation learning, extracting general organizational process of the observation writing teaching of Junior High School narration, and being tested in specific practice of teaching, thus, to provide certain theoretical support and practical basis for the writing teaching of front line teachers.The article is composed of five parts: Chapter 1, correlation theory overview of observation writing teaching of Junior High School narration.Chapter 2, elaborates the factors of observation learning in observation writing teaching: observation subjects and observation objects.Chapter 3, combines observation learning theory with teaching practice, explores general organizational processes of observation writing teaching.Chapter 4, practice and reflection. Taking the junior department of a civil operated school as a base, implementing and inspecting the teaching principle of narration observation writing, mainly presents the relevant content of specific lesson, evaluation and reflection.Chapter 5,nduction, summed up how to improve the efficacy of observation writing teaching.
