Investigation And Analysis On Mental Health Of College Students In Shenyang City

In recent years. the state of mental health of university students has been hot topics that have been attracted attention by all sectors of society and educational field, all sectors of society and government sector pay great attention to the development status of mental health of university students.All sectors of society respond: After some university students employment, the ability to adapt to work and the ability to withstand the pressure can not meet the enterprise demand. So, at school, not knowledge but also mental health is trained. On March 18,19,2013,Ministry of Education called a meeting about the state of mental health of university students at XMU, making it clear that: the education of mental health of university students is an important component of Education So, paying great attention to the development status of mental health of university students has far-reaching historical significance and practical significance.For deeply analyzing the state of mental health of Shenyang university students, the article apply the theory of SEM, survey instrument of SCL-90 formed by L.R of American famous psychologist and statistical analysis software of R and SPSS. Visibly, Shenyang university students have mental health problems, compared with the national youth norm. At 1020 valid questionnaires, Shenyang university students having mental health problems is 270,accounted for 26.38%.Especially on the Obsession, Interpersonal Sensitivity, Depression, Anxiety,Hostility, Paranoid are more outstanding. Obsession and Interpersonal Sensitivity, Obsession and Paranoid, Depression and Paranoid and so on have strong correlation. In classification, the mental health of the boys and the girls and the mental health of the science-majored students and the arts-majored students have no difference, but the mental health of different grades and degree of satisfaction with specialty have significant differences, the mental health of senior students is less than the mental health of freshman, sophomore and junior students, the mental health of less satisfaction with specialty of students is more bad than the mental health of more satisfaction with specialty of students.The article select 90 indicators and 9 factors of supplying instrument of SCL-90,than test the reliability of the 9 factors. The results display: somatization phobic factors and psychiatric factors can not pass the test so, constructing the SEM, those factors can not been taken part in. In the analysis of the questionnaires, the three factors and mental health of Shenyang university students is not a lot to do, so there is no need to analyze the three factors. Validity test of the data is passed, so, the data obey the normal distribution, and we can analyze confirmatory factor from the data, of course, we construct the SEM that is effective and reliable.
