With the new curriculum of the junior and senior high school arts standards promulgated and implemented, the status of the art class in primary and high schools in a substantial has increased, subject to varying degrees of importance. The students feel the art class diversity and fun,and gradually improve their aesthetic ability and moral sentiment. Because now in China,junior high school and high school education is segmented, and the two as the ladder like distribution in the difficulty of learning and gradually improve, so junior high school and high school education may occur due to difficulty increased without adaptation phenomenon. This paper is mainly about the research in special environment of rural junior high school art class teaching link. In the course of the study firstly analyzed the current situation of art education in rural junior high school; and reading a lot of books and reference materials, visited many of the Bureau of education and primary and high schools, analyze data collection, detailed comparison and summary,obtains the method of promoting rural junior high the link of teaching effective operation. Because of the particularity of rural geography environment, the junior high school and high school art teaching situation of uneven complex. This article through to the rural junior high school art teaching actual situation investigation, find out the current challenges, needs through actively develop school-based curriculum, strengthen students’ aesthetic education, improve teachers and teaching level, increase the hardware equipment, combined with local characteristics of the development and utilization of resources and the introduction of efficient classroom model method to the rural junior and senior high school art teaching cohesion. Rural junior high school art class cohesion will be good, first is the sublimation of the "full-time compulsory education art course standard(experiment draft)" and "ordinary high school fine arts curriculum standard(Experiment)", the essence of the two extraction, providing a seamless art education; secondly,through the rural junior high school art teacher painstaking efforts, and they with a serious attitude to curriculum and textbook research, will fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm and art of learning, let students devote to study art in the fun, cultivate good observation, imagination and creativity, to go to high school to improve the aesthetic level and lay the groundwork for creativity. Finally, they can enable students to attend high school according to their own hobbies and interests like elective module. Through the art of learning modules they will help cultivate aesthetic sentiment, carry forward the spirit of humanism, stimulating innovation spirit and practice ability of creation.
