The Chinese course standard of compulsory education says that the objectives of course should be designed from three aspects: knowledge and skill, process and steps, emotion attitude and values. These three aspects, which focus on the improvement of students' Chinese accomplishment, had better to interaction on each other and holding together. Curriculum reform has been some years. So it is very essential to grasping the performance of "three-dimensional target" on classroom teaching, which is important to going on Chinese teaching reformThis study uses literature method, observation method, and interview method, to research the performance of "three-dimensional target" on Chinese classroom teaching for pupil in primary school. The study aims to find out the problems and propose solutions. The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, which describes the aids,significance, thought, and methods of the study.The second part is the literature review. This part mainly introduces the related research on the implementation of "three-dimensional target".It also defines the core concept about three-dimensional target, It not only introduces foreign current situation about education purpose classification but also deeply explores the implementation of "three-dimensional target" on Chinese classroom teaching and analyzes the basic theory of Chinese classroom teachingThe third part is about the investigation of the implementation of three-dimensional target on Chinese classroom teaching in the primary school, and analyzes the implementation of three-dimensional target on Chinese classroom teaching in the sample school. Although there is greater progress on the implementation of three-dimensional target onChinese classroom teaching than before,there are also some problems,which include that the students have poor ability of learning in reading classes by themselves and reluctance in writing classes,and the design of teachers' class target is not reasonable, and teaching form is complicated,and there is negative on the implementation of values of emotional attitude on classroom teaching and so on.The forth part is analysis of influencing factor about the implementation of three-dimensional target on classroom teaching. There are three influencing factors, which include students' factors, teachers' factors and other external factors, about the implementation of three-dimensional target in classroom teaching.The fifth part provides strategies and analysis on development in the implementation of three-dimensional target on Chinese classroom teaching in primary school. These strategies and analysis from the following aspects contain the scientific division of teaching objectives,the improvement of reading and writing skills of students, raising the evaluation about emotional attitude, inspire the interest of studying of students, increasing the diversified quality of Chinese teachers in primary schools, and strengthening the communication between teachers and parents.
