School-based curriculum produced in Britain, the United States de veloped countries from the 1960 s, is a kind of school education as t he perpetrators and students as the teaching as the main body of curr iculum development decision-making mechanism, make course has multi-l evel meet the needs of social development and students’ ability and i nterest.
