The Infrastructrue Financing Of The University Of Guangxi

The last century, with the developing higher education and expanding college enrollment in China, universities around the country are frenzy in university infrastructure. However, the limited government funds is contracted with the huge funding needs of university infrastructure. Widening financing channels and solving the financing problem are necessary. Through collecting the relevant literature and organizing data of Guangxi university infrastructure financing, This paper combined the field research ways to gain first-hand information and analysis financing scale, structure, management efficiency and cost. Then, it proposes the existence problems of Guangxi university infrastructure financing with financing large-scale, single structure, low efficiency of other issues, combining with the exist problems Case Study-Infrastructure Financing Y Guangxi University. In addition, the paper also study three colleges infrastructure financing of US, UK and Japan and analysis the main sources of financing universities abroad. It also give a brief analysis of innovative models of domestic university infrastructure. Through summarizing the useful experience, it give a few suggestion for the Guangxi university infrastructure financing. First is to control the scale of financing, including enrollment rate. And then, optimize the financing structure followed by increasing the government investment and the expansion of community donations. At the end, to use the fund more efficiently, it must identified the Infrastructure projects more wisely, supervise the Project more effectively and control the cost more strictly.
