Organic chemistry is an important part of chemistry, the implication of scientific thinking method, it is to cultivate the students’ scientific thinking quality and thinking ability has an important role, therefore, thinking is an important psychological activity of organic chemistry learning process, but also the existence of thought disorder more psychological activity, the thinking obstacles exist has affected the organic chemistry learning of students. Research on the thinking obstacles, are mainly concentrated in the areas of medicine, psychology, which belongs to the category of education research mainly concentrated in the high school mathematics and physics in senior high school, in view of the research learning in high school chemistry thinking obstacle is relatively scarce.In this paper, the related literature the author to study psychology and chemistry problem solving mechanism as the foundation, by means of interview, oral report method, analysis of the causes of organic chemistry deduction problem solution of high school students thinking obstacles.This paper, firstly, the systematic summary of the latest research results of foreign thinking obstacles in domestic, the theoretical analysis, and the flow chart of organic chemical analysis of high school students to answer the questions of the inference process of thinking. The preparation of the open questionnaire on organic chemistry affect high school students’ inference factors of problem thinking ability development, carry out investigation and study, the questionnaire survey found that:learning attitude is not correct, knowledge of organic chemistry foundation is weak and unable to correctly understand the promotion information and other reasons were the main factors influencing organic chemistry deduction problem the development of thinking ability of senior high school students; to cause students answer in organic chemistry from problem solving level on the high school inference questions thinking obstacles, the author compiled the four interview questions, at the same time, design a semi-structured interview outline, to carry out the education of interview research,interviews found that high school students answer: organic chemistry deductionproblem, seek the solution in understanding the problem, and the expression of solution of three stages easily the emergence of thinking obstacles; in order to further understand the deduction problem solution of organic chemistry in senior high school students thinking obstacle, capture the problem solving process of high school students in the state of mind, the author developed the oral report item, carried out the oral report research, research shows that: the procedural knowledge is the cause of lack of thinking obstacles in part of high school students. Action research based on the above three aspects, the author summed up the five obstacle thinking answer organic chemistry deduction problem of high school students: skills, thinking obstacles,strategy thinking obstacles, stereotyped thinking obstacles, migration, thinking obstacles of thinking obstacles and cognition.
