Investigation On The Present Situation Of Junior High School In Wujiang As A Teacher Of Information Technology Teachers

School teacher is a hot topicse lection of compulsory education in the current,is also avery easy to cause social concern.Through out the country schools as a teacher as the subject teacher’s responsibility and obligation,many schools in the imple mentation of the assistant teachers do the class teacher,encounter cold.But the present quality education to teachers as the banner as people brought the spring breeze.In this study,a preference for junior middle school teachers of the secondary subject--Wu jiang economic and Technological Development Zone experimental class as an example,discusses the selection of issues in the context of the implementation of the new curriculum,expected to provide new ideas and Counter measures for more schools in the management of teachers,providing opportunities for more secondary teachers.This research is divided into four most:The first part is introduction, determine the subject of research, define the scope of this study and research methods, analyzed the research background and research significance, summarized relevant policy and research status, and carding the existing related literature, provide knowledge base for research.The second part, in order to wujiang area junior middle school information technology teachers as a teacher in charge’s case as an example, the paper analyzes the current situation of information technology teachers in the teacher in charge, by using methods such as questionnaire, interview, knowledge of information technology teachers and not as a teacher in charge’s reason.The third part, through the analysis of the advantages of information technology teachers in the teacher in charge, defects analysis and analysis of the necessity of information technology teachers in the teacher in charge, to find out some factors influencing the information technology teachers in the teacher in charge.The fourth part, the paper puts forward Suggestions for the improvement of information technology teachers in the teacher in charge work efficiency.
