In this world, as the advancement of science and technology, the international competition is becoming more and more fierce. In the finaiiy analysis, the comprehensive national strength competition in today’s world is the competition of talents, talent is increasingly becoming a strategic resource to the promotion of social and economic development, talent resources is an important potential power in our country in the fierce international competition and the advantage of backwardness. In the final analysis, the target for "the two one hundred years" is depends on education and talent.Education’s foundation, leading, global status and role are more prominent. The new round of education reform attempts to through "comprehensive inquiry" to cultivate the students’ operating ability and innovative ability, to cultivate the qualified personnel for the requirement of social development. So, in 2004 "high school ideological and political" published by the people’s Education Publishing House is seted up a comprehensive inquiry activities after each unit. The purpose is to allow students to use knowledge and through independent practice, independent inquiry to solve the problems of life, to cultive the students’ practical ability and innovative spirit, the scientific spirit and humanistic spirit. Up to now, the "comprehensive inquiry" has been for many years, there has been a lot of research. I found in my own teaching practice and communication with teachers, "comprehensive inquiry "teaching effect is not ideal, the development of the "comprehensive inquiry"teaching has encountered a bottleneck. Based on the deep understanding and profound reflection on the basic situation of the "comprehensive " teaching,make the high school ideological and political course in the teaching effectiveness of ascension as the research subject, attempts to analyze the existing problems and puts forward some constructive suggestions, hoping to promote the "comprehensive inquiry" teaching to enhance the effect, in order to break through the bottleneck the development, realize its value. In this paper,there are mainly four parts about" the high school ideological and political comprehensive inquiry teaching":The first part, elaborated the connotation and characteristics about the high school thought political lesson teaching, clear the position and function.In the status, the"comprehensive inquiry" is an organic part of the high school thought political lesson teaching, with comprehensive, strong and supplement to the teaching function; comprehensive research is needed to achieve the goal of Ideological and political course; comprehensive inquiry activities is an important part of students’ independent learning and inquiry learning. In effect, the main function of comprehensive inquiry are:to implement the requirements of the new curriculum reform; to translate the students’ way of learning, to develope students’ comprehensive ability; to stimulate the students’ learning interest and enthusiasm; to improve teachers’ teaching ability changing teachers’ concept and role, to improve the quality of teachers.The second part, understanding the existing problems on the basis of teaching practice and research, through the study found, the main reason of the high school thought political lesson on the implementation effect are including teathers’ backward teaching idea, lack of teaching ability of teachers, students participate in consciousness is weak, difficult to guarantee activity time, the teaching evaluation mechanism is not reasonable etcThe third part, put forward the corresponding countermeasures based on the causes of the problem, first of all, teachers should constantly improve their professional quality, to update the concept of teaching, to improve teaching ability, to do a comprehensive guide to explore various aspects of the work. Secondly, students should change their concepts, consciously participate in the comprehensive inquiry teaching activities. Finally, innovation the teaching evaluation mechanism.
