Now it is different, the proportion of rural students dropped. "Premier Wen’s words, involves a problem existing in China education, namely urban and rural education is not balanced, which is our long-term plan for education needs to focus on solving problems. To improve the proportion of college students in rural China in recent years, not only we increased investment in rural education, and vigorously promote education to improve the quality of teachers in rural areas for the purpose of free normal students, and in the college entrance examination policy to remote rural students to give appropriate tilt. However, due to the rural education history "debts" too much, although these measures have achieved some results, but still unable to fundamentally curb the colleges, especially universities rural students fall. The proportion of college students focus on rural decline is of great harm, one likely to cause limitations and narrow university education.
