By concluded and analyzed the current background of new curriculum reform, the current status of domestic research and modern educational theories, this thesis attempted to design and develop a network teaching platform to satisfy the needs of new curriculum concepts and reform of composition teaching by the comparative study, literature study and survey research. Firstly, this thesis defined for the composition teaching in junior middle school based on network platform whose practical significance was breaking through the limitation of time and space, improving the traditional relationship between teachers and students and making the mechanism of evaluation and feedback perfect. Then it analyzed problems existing in the traditional composition teaching in junior middle school, and the network platform improved a new opportunity to address the problems. By the combination of design features and usage situation with multiple platforms of network writing teaching, the researcher built a teaching platform of writing in QQ and YY which better integrated network and writing teaching.
