Learning burnout is a negative reaction to the students in the learning process because of excessive pressure arising from the emotion, attitude and physically. In this paper, taking Ulanhot vocational high school students as the research object, to explore in the learning process of the mental state and its performance analysis of their learning difficulties, methods and ways to solve the problem, to help students to overcome difficulties, study hard. The investigation on the Maslach MBI(Maslach Burnout Inventory) questionnaire was compiled, tested the reliability and validity of the foundation, the "Learning Burnout Questionnaire" of vocational high school students, the students were measured. The results showed that:(1) the vocational high school students in depression, low burnout, achievement is improper strategy keep learning;(2) the learning burnout of vocational high school students though not serious to occur in each of the student body, but the fact is not optimistic, which depressed and improper strategy appears more serious trend;(3) of grade, gender and family environment has a significant impact on students’ learning.The results of this study show that the causes of learning burnout is more complex, is a result of various factors. On this basis, the author studies the strategies of learning burnout of high school students.
