It’s a problem have to get through that how to combine reading teaching and writing teaching during the new curriculum reform, because it is important to the improvement of Chinese teaching. Only Writing or Reading can’t meets the requirement of Chinese teaching in the new period. This work studies the condition of chinese teaching in high school, aims to not only explore the effective combination path of reading and writing, but also guide the practice my teaching jobs in the future. This article is structured in four chapters.The first chapter introduces the combination possibility and analysis of reading and writing. Its theory foundation includes constructivist theory, migration theory, schema theory and its principle includes the contact principle, timeliness principle, and unity principle.The second chapter studies the problems come from reading and writing teaching. In textbooks there are some major edit problems, lack of relevant knowledge, reading and writing system are not correspond to each other. Problem in teaching is that reading disjoints to writing, such as the accumulation of writing material is not enough, ignoring express emotional experience.The third chapter proposes specific solutions of problems of the second chapter, in order to strengthen the construction of textbook and improve the practice of teaching. In which, two aspects of teaching practice to be addressed, one is single piece of text teaching, another is teaching writing plates. Speak a single piece of text, you can make writing training; when speaking of writing topics can be extended to read.The fourth chapter is a summary with conclusion of this work, teaching of reading and writing cannot be divided, we should combine them to get a better effectiveness. Reading is the source of writing and writing can also promote reading.
