College students are mainly responsible for the cost of the main higher education that is bound to become the most important and core stakeholders. College students get the interests from higher education and also have the right to participate in university quality management to protect their own interests, to further improve the quality of teaching in college and also to achieve higher connotative development. With the gradual increased awareness of students participating in university management, it has become an important issue in today’s university management reform. Currently, college students’ participation in teaching quality management has opened up a wide range of channels, but there are still some deficiencies in practice. The effectiveness still needs to be further improved.The study is done from the perspective of the quality of teaching students to participate in the management path, and based on the realities of it. It analysis the current strengths and weaknesses according to the stakeholder theory, total quality management theory, and Bertalanffy’s "system theory ". It proposed the existing route optimization and integration-related strategies to protect students in the path function optimization and improve the management effectiveness.This research consists of four chapters.The first chapter is an introduction, analyzing the background of current students to participate in teaching management, raising questions, identifying research objectives. The relevant literature and publications abroad and the current status of research in related fields are also referred.The second chapter is the concept of student participation in university teaching quality management, defining the relevant core concepts, pointing out the effective standard, and finding a clear path to the effective implementation of the value of significance. The third chapter is through questionnaires and case interviews, understand the current status of the students involved in teaching quality management approach analysis of the strengths and shortcomings of the existing path.The fourth chapter is a valid proof of the effectiveness of student participation in university teaching quality management. It introduces the successful experience of foreign participation. It also raises specific measures to integrate and optimize the current approach, hoping to maximize the protection function and improve students’ participation results.
