Since the late1990s, our country started to try out the Management system of national、local and school courses, the school courses’ implementation began to rise gradually. N town, Zhongshan city, the hometown of Dr Sun Yat-sen, locates in Pearl River Delta region and has been passed the assessment of Guangdong strong town of the educational standards. All the schools have superb teaching equipments and have Made great progress in the quality of education and teaching.By questionnaire investigating and interviewing, we found that N town had practicing the implementation of school courses and had Made some progress, but we found Many problems such as the unbalances of schools、the understands of the implementation of school courses、the low participations of teachers、the idles of some courses、the lacks of school courses training、the fewer school textbooks、The buildings of evaluation systems、the immurements of the courses’ time and the few collaborations between school courses and school specialties. What is the reason? Firstly, it is not easy to change the centralized course management; Secondly, the testing evaluation is singleness; Thirdly, the democratic and opening school organization is not formed; Fourthly, some school administration leaders’ principle is relatively backward; Fifthly, some teachers’ awareness of professional developments is weak.According to the survey, this town has unique advantages to develop and implement school courses. The writer proposes some strategies of school courses’ implementations on the bases of overall investigations:Firstly, the local government should pay More attention to school courses and gives policy support; Secondly, the schools appeal teachers to change the ethos and raise the awareness; Thirdly, the schools should build democratic Management systems and adhere to put teachers first. So the teachers has a soul home, the leaders have "lights" in front, the systems have new "clothes", the culture get some new "oil"; Fourthly, the schools should optimize resources strengthen the school courses’ training and put the resources on schools’ own websites. So the teachers could use the resources easily and Make More progress in school courses. Fifthly, the schools should Make a good orientation to collaborate school courses and school specialties. Sixthly, the teachers should work in teams and research the specific implementation strategies. They should analyze environments before teaching, pay attention to set a teaching target and edit the school courses well. At last, the schools should focus on the managements in the process of implementation and do a practical work on the courses’ evaluations.
