Objective: In this paper,using the method of observation and content analysis of 2013 Beijing micro teaching middle school physical education teachers of15 cases of class analysis and research.To find common ground and the advantages and disadvantages for objective analysis,make the new practice of sports teachers and in-service teachers for the development of micro teaching mode,theoretical basis,basic characteristics,etc have a correct understanding of theoretical level.For micro training mode,the method has a system of understanding.So that the practice of sports teachers and in-service teachers rapid growth in the aspect of teaching skill or improve.At the same time also to want to join the Beijing primary and secondary school physical education teachers professional skills competition of PE teachers in theory to provide a meaningful reference.Methods: 1.Literature information method,consult the relevant literature of micro-course teaching.2.Interview method,formulate related structure of paper.3.Content analysis method,organize relevant case course materials.4.Mathematical statistics,statistical questionnaire survey results.5.Analyze the data and draw the correct conclusion.6.Questionnaire survey method to understand the importance of micro-course teaching skills.Results: 1.In terms of teaching objectives,the students will be able to set the teaching goals correctly in the 15 cases.2.In terms of teaching design,in the competition cases,each teacher wrote the teaching plan design skills with distinctive features,and the elements were well mastered.3.In the application of teaching methods,teachers' explanations and demonstrations are in good condition.According to the classification of the model and the structure of the demonstration movement,two types of use frequency are higher.There are use of question skills,heuristic questions and dredging questions and the two types of questions have a higher frequency of use.In the import skills,direct import method and direct import method are preferred by teachers.4.In terms of teaching organizational skills,the practice organization has the largest number of users,protects and helps the organization in place,and safety education runs through the classroom,and the teaching organization is safe,orderly and efficient.5.In terms of ending skills,teachers use most of the evaluation class.
