The health of college students’ has direct relationship with the development of countryand the nation. The result of physique investigation shows that the total health of the collegestudents decreased in present twenty years. It is an essential problem and important topic inthe reform and development of the school education to care about the health of the studentsand explore the main reasons. We need to find out the efficient solution to improve thestudents’ health.PE is the most direct way to improve students’ health. This project takes the femalestudents of2013aerobics class as the object of study. It focuses on the present situation thatthe health of the students decreased sharply, makes a study in the health exercises in thephysical education to explore the influence of the physical exercises on the health. Thisproject wants to introduce good exercises’ habits and a health theory to the students, so thatthey can master scientific exercises methods and skills to get the aim of improve the students’health.The experimental process of this study is carried on in the common PE classes. Thepurpose is to put forward with worthwhile reference for the PE teachers so that they canconcentrate on the physical health and the role of the physical health on the students’ health.Through the document research, experimental research, questionnaire method, logicalanalysis, the author makes a study of three classes respectively in the aspect of speed,strength and comparison in thirteen weeks. Finally the author makes a contrast according toPhysical Health Standard which shows:1. Each aspect of the students’ physical quality has been increased, including speed,explosive power, endurance, and body flexibility.2.The achievement of the speed, standing long jump,sit and reach and trunk extensiontest has been increased sharply.3. The strengthen,endurance after eight hundred meters, vital capacity has increasedsharply. 4.physical exercises has a great influence on the female students in aerobics class, it canimprove the students’ health.
