The University of Applied Technology originated in Europe, for China,because ofthe demand of current socio-economic development and business for talent,whichimpels some universities to transform into the University of Applied Technology. As themain base of social cultivating and delivering applied and high-level engineering talent,the satisfaction of employers’ employing reflects the merits of its talent cultivating quality.Under the condition of market economy, Talent Cultivating Goals of the University ofApplied Technology reflects serving more for the economic construction, it can bettermeet the needs of social development for talent, all aspects performance of theemployment of graduates’ can be further recognized by employers, which affirms thequality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. The employer, as the direct usersof talents cultivation in colleges and universities, grasp the initiative in evaluation, theircomments and feedback is the ruler of universities’ talent cultivating scheme adjustments,and employers’ recognition is the ultimate goal of talent cultivation. Therefore, it’snecessary for employers to play an important role on the subject of evaluation.This article draws on the features and the successful experience of running theEuropean University of Applied Sciences, combined with China’s current actual situationof the University of Applied Technology and actual employment needs for the employers’of industrial restructuring, analyzed the present situation of the employers’ evaluation oftalent cultivating quality in the University of Applied Technology of our country, clearedthe characteristics of employers’ evaluation, the present standard of employers’evaluation,and the procedure of employers’ evaluation,then analyzed the and its existingproblems, proposed that it’s necessary to improve the recognition of the function ofemployers’ evaluation of talent cultivating quality, handling the normal assess point of theemployers’ evaluation of talent cultivating quality. And from “two dimensional”,elaborated the approach of implementation for the employers’ evaluation of talentcultivating quality of the University of Applied Technology, and proposed that theUniversity of Applied Technology, industries and enterprises, society, government andcountry should give common coordination and support to provide protection foremployers to participate in personnel cultivating quality evaluation from all aspects. Considering the employers’ evaluation as the direction of further adjustment for personnelcultivating specification of the University of Applied Technology, which is not onlyhelpful to rationalize the talent cultivating scheme of the University of AppliedTechnology, but also helpful to improve the talent cultivating quality, and provideseffective protection for cultivating the talents who are needed for the employer and thesocial, which is at the initiative of the detachment of the administration, school runningand the assessment,reflecting the government decentralization.
