The Russian Federation is recognized worldwide as a big country civilizededucation. Soviet period of rapid economic development is inseparable from the levelof education was developed. Soviet special attention to moral education, includingprimary, secondary and university education are showing systematic ethics, draw a lotof ideological and moral education of the Soviet era. December25,1991announcedthe dissolution of the Soviet Union, the Russian Federation independence. Socialupheaval for the whole of Russia brought a profound impact on the national characterand social patterns have undergone fundamental changes. Russia in the field ofeducation has also undergone a corresponding change, where moral education is noexception. The new era of Russian secondary education system is different from thereligious and moral education during the tsarist Russia, but also from the communisteducation of the Soviet era, but showing the new features. Russian high school paperselected as the research object of moral education, secondary education is connectedto moral and moral education in primary and university stage, the quality of moraleducation at this stage to implement a direct impact on the effect of moral educationin primary school and university moral education. Analysis of the status ofimplementation of the new era of Russian high school moral education, drawing onthe lessons of the Russian high school characteristics and moral education, tostrengthen and improve our high school moral education has important theoretical andpractical significance.In this paper, post-Soviet Russia’s middle school moral education as the mainobject of study, the use of comparative literature and research methods, ethicssurrounding the status of implementation of the Russian high school education wereanalyzed, divided into four parts.Part I: Introduction. Firstly, this part introduces the background and significanceof moral education in secondary schools in Russia. Secondly, this part analyzed theresearch status of domestic and foreign high school moral education in Russia. Again,this paper introduced the study methods, such as literature study, comprehensiveanalysis, and comparative. Innovations were introduced in this part. Finally, the concepts of moral education were appeared herein defined.Part II: The background of the Russian high school moral education. This partmainly elaborated the influence of history and culture on moral education, socialupheaval challenges to moral education and educational reform to promote moraleducation.Part III: The targets, content and approach of Russian high school moraleducation. The contents of Russian high school moral education included to reshapethe national spirit of patriotism as the main task of education, to tap Orthodox ethicalconnotations for traditional culture and education and to focus on humanitarian valuesfor quality education in order to achieve sustainable development ecologicaleducation in starting point. Russia’s main ways of moral education in secondaryschools were positive classroom guidance, full penetration of extra-curricularactivities, supporting role of family education and mass media education.Part IV: Comments on Russian high school moral education and learn.Advantages are high school moral education from Russia and weaknesses and itsreference to China to elaborate. Secondary advantages of moral education in Russiaare: the former Soviet Union retained the fine tradition of moral education in middleschool, high school moral education emphasizes national traditional culture andvalues, adhere to the principle of moral education high school student body. Moralshortcomings Secondary Education in Russia are: the construction of its own highschool moral education system is not perfect, middle school moral educationunprocessed multi-religious relations, the external cultural environment middle schoolmoral education needs to be improved. Russian high school moral education referenceto China in the following aspects: a clear mission middle school moral education,strengthen the traditional virtues of education high school students, the role ofaesthetics in moral education, emphasis on the harmonious development of studentcharacter, build a "five in one" Moral Education.
