How To Run A Fundraising Drive By The Education Foundation

The development of universities not only needs the supporting of government, but also the raising of foundation. And anglicizing the establish of credibility, the value of found, and the risk controlling of the process of financing by contrasting Chinese and the Others, for example, set up management organization, optimize fund and labor power allocation, choose the Financing objected, etc. Eventually, try to state how to raise donations and make the fund growth to help the Universities stronger. At last, take BJTU for example to demonstrate how to establish fund management mechanism, and provide ideas to the other education foundations.
