This paper use literature method, field survey method, questionnaire method, interview method, logic analysis, mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method to study Fuzhou’s comprehensive community, after the investigation and study of the present situation of Fuzhou comprehensive community sports public service basic data, using SPSS13.0as data analysis tools, community sports public service related theory as the foundation, reveals the satisfaction and the demand present situation and the differences of the Fuzhou comprehensive community in the community sports facilities service, community sports organizations, community sports fitness guidance services, community sports service, community sports culture construction operation management services which called the five dimensions. Comprehensive personalized development model of community sports public service in Beijing; I put forward the development path of personalized sports public service. The main research is as follows:1、Different gender city comprehensive community sports public service the public satisfaction and demand there was no significant difference, female satisfaction mean slightly higher than male, male demand degree is slightly higher than average women;2、Different ages city comprehensive community sports public service satisfaction has no significant difference, service demand of community sports culture construction has the significant difference;3、The satisfaction and demand of the public community sports public service in3001-4000Yuan income section is higher;4、State organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions between person, professional and technical personnel satisfaction is relatively low, there is no significant difference demand among them;5、The lower degree, the higher satisfaction and demand.6、Fuzhou community sports public services supply still lags behind which compared of comprehensive community supply situation with the public’s growing sports demand.7、City community comprehensive personalized the establishment of the sports public services development path can be strengthen personalized community sports public service civil constitution monitoring service, promote service of individuation community sports public service organization management, improve the quality of the individual commumty sports public service culture service, increasing individuation community sports public service resources security service, attaches great importance to the individual community sports public service information and so on five aspects to achieve.
