| Since the founding of the Party committee, government of the Xinjiang UygurAutonomous Region, the autonomous region attaches great importance to the developmentof education in Xinjiang, and has made a series of achievements, school conditions improvedsignificantly, at all levels of education to flourish, but compared to other regions of thecountry, there is still a big gap, especially the education idea, content and method is relativelybackward, education system the mechanism is still not perfect, the urgent need to reformthe education management in Xinjiang middle school, this article through the introduction ofthe new public service theory, combined with their own work experience in education, inorder to Urumqi middle school as an example, offers the reference opinions andsuggestions on the reform of education management in Xinjiang middle school.This paper expounds the concept and connotation of the new public servicetheory and practical significance to the management of school education, find thebreakthrough point for the combination of the two; secondly, through questionnaires, fieldvisits and other forms, sums up the current Xinjiang middle school educationmanagement problems, mainly reflected in the educational objectives is not clear, the meansof education, rigid education mode is backward, the negative aspects of education, combinedwith the actual analysis of the causes of the above problems; finally, through elaboratingthe management reform of secondary education in Xinjiang, and combined with the newpublic service theory enlightenment, provide some suggestions for the reform of EducationManagement of Xinjiang middle school.The new public service theory emphasizes the changing role of government,management, change control, required by the master role to the service, and the importanceof the management of the importance of "people", the theory for the establishment ofChina’s "service oriented government" and the reform of school education andmanagement, has the certain reference function and significance. |
