With the arriving of the knowledge economy, the rapid development of information technology and the great changes of social environment, career environment became even more dynamic, complex and uncertain. On the new career development situation, the traditional career development mode no longer adapted to the changes of environment, boundaryless career became a new mode of career development, and the practitioner faced with the multiple decision dilemma of career choice and development. Existing research focused on the basic attributes of the boundaryless career, the affecting factors and the management strategy, but the inner mechanism of the boundaryless career growth is still a further new proposition. What is the inner structure of boundaryless career growth, and how do these dimensions affect the boundaryless career growth? In view of this, this study integrated the theory achievement of career expectation, career competency and career ethical, built the boundaryless career growth EQC framework under the situation of boundaryless career, then analysed the empirical data collected from questionnaire survey.On the foundation of the review analysis of boundaryless career, career growth, career expectancy, career competency and career growth, this study proposed the assumptions of the influencing factors of boundaryless career growth. Then built the EQC framework to explore the internal structure and mechanism of the boundaryless career growth. Referred to the theory of related research, carried out the large sample questionnaire.Mainly through the way of questionnaire survey, this study investigated the practitioners around Hangzhou, eliminate unqualified and incomplete questionnaire,239valid questionnaire samples were collected. Mainly using SPSS software to conduct reliability analysis, validity analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis. The results were as follows:1. Some demographic variables like gender and marital status had influence on professional growth, while age, level of education and years of working had no significant effect on career growth.2. Boundaryless career expectancy had a significant positive effect on career growth.3. Boundaryless career competency had a significant positive influence on boundaryless career growth, played mediating role between the relationship of boundaryless career expectancy and boundaryless career growth.4. Boundaryless career quality had a significant positive influence on boundaryless career growth, played mediating role between the relationship of boundaryless career expectancy and boundaryless career growth. Finally, this study discussed the results and reasons of the hypothesis, the significance and limitations of this study.
