Reading Teaching has always been a top priority for Chinese Teaching, Chinese Reading Teaching generally based on the reading textbooks to improve students`Chinese knowledge and Chinese ability.Chinese Reading Teaching in Primary Schools is responsible for the foundation of students ’ Chinese knowledge learning,students ’reading habits cultivation and establish correct Reading views. However, Primary School Chinese Reading Teaching are sill "less effective", or even "no effective". This paper is based on the practical matters which existing in Primary School Chinese Reading Teaching, grounded on the Effective Teaching, tried to put forward some practical strategies to improve the effectiveness of Chinese Reading Teaching in Primary Schools.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part discusses the basic connotation of Chinese Reading Teaching in Primary Schools.First of all, by analyzing the concepts of "reading", "teaching", "effective", to explore the meaning of "Reading Teaching" and "Effective Teaching",to derive the basic connotation of The Effectiveness of Chinese Reading Teaching in Primary Schools;Secondly, by analyzing literature, watching the teaching record of famous teachers and observing the classroom teaching activities, to explore the basic characteristics of The Effectiveness of Chinese Reading Teaching in Primary Schools.The second part is due to an analysis some problems which existed in Chinese Reading Teaching in Primary Schools.Through data integration, classroom observation, teacher records, sorting out some problems of Chinese Reading Teaching in Primary Schools, they are: Not achieved the Teaching Objectives, students lose interest in learning, teachers lose passion in teaching.Third part is focus on discuss the influencing factors of Chinese Reading Teaching in Primary Schools in some details. Mainly through the three elements of classroom teaching: students, teachers, teaching progress to explore the influencing factors of Chinese Reading Teaching in Primary Schools.Part four is the key part, aimed to propose corresponding strategies by discuss the main problems and the influencing factors of Chinese Reading Teaching in Primary Schools.Teaching by stages to make students` learning effectively;Through "National primary and secondary school teachers training programs", " schoolteachers training programs" and "self-training programs" to make teachers` teaching effectively;For teaching, by perfecting relevant elements, such as the teaching process,the aims of teaching, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation to improve the effectiveness of Chinese Reading Teaching in Primary Schools.This paper in view of the practical problems of Chinese Reading Teaching in Primary Schools, through analysis literature, interviews teachers, observe classroom teaching, watch teaching record of famous teachers and other methods, try to proffer some suitable implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of Chinese Reading Teaching in Primary Schools.
