Research On The Teaching Joint Between High School Geographic Elective Course And Compulsory Course

High school geography curriculum in the implementation of the new curriculum, new changes have taken place in its set up elective and compulsory course.Among them, the elective courses is an important part of geography,the courses opened help to broaden students’ horizons, increase their understanding of geographical knowledge, but also to improve their geographic literacy.Currently, there is he ideal of large discrepancy between the courses and the curriculum reform, is facing many problems.This paper studies elective and compulsory course in the teaching joint, the main method is literature survey, questionnaire and empirical method. First, after a review of the literature, to think about the research background of this article, the recent situation and theoretical basis, etc.Second, in high school geography elective and compulsory course of cohesion between present situation teaching joint, questionnaire survey was conducted by high school teachers in wuhu city, and combined with interviews, from the perspective of teachers’ analysis of the problems and reasons in teaching joint.Then, choose a representative elective course 6 "Environmental Protection" for example, on the basis of he curriculum standard and the teaching material, analysis the importance of teaching joint between the optional and required courses,and the relationship between them,classify knowledge points between elective course 6 and compulsory course.Based on the above research results, this paperpropose a teaching required courses and electives convergence strategies,mainly from teaching convergence elaborate awareness, teaching methods and evaluation of these four aspects.Then,choose "water pollution and its causes" in elective course 6 for example,to carry out the strategy of this article.Final,discusses the main conclusions of this research and insufficient in this paper, but also suggest the future research directions.
