Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China, is one of the important factors affecting China’s socialist economic development.But looked from the overall, higher vocational colleges in the course, the construction of teachers, cooperation between colleges and other professional aspects flaws, hindered the development of our country’s higher vocational education and progress.This article through to the Zhejiang Jinghua Polytechnic of the nursing professional survey, found some current vocational colleges in the difficulties encountered in the process of professional construction and some generality and individuality of the problem, by comparing the practice of Japan Saitama Medical University College, draw lessons from the mature experience in the course of the construction of nursing profession, combined with the Zhejiang Jinhua Polytechnic of the construction of the nursing professional deficiency, explore our country’s higher vocational education professional construction strategy.Article altogether is divided into four parts:The first part is introduction, mainly includes the research background, research significance, literature review, the core concept definition, research ideas and research methods;The second part is the study of two case schools, which expounds the survey of the Jinghua Polytechnic nursing specialty construction process and the comparability of two case schools, and Zhejiang Jinhua Polytechnic and the university of Japan Saitama Medical UniversityCollege nursing specialty construction were analyzed, and through the Jinhua Polytechic of nursing specialty construction, in-depth interviews and other methods, the questionnaire survey to find the problems and the insufficiency of our country’s professional construction;The third part is the comparison of two case schools nursing specialty construction, mainly from the training objectives, curriculum setting, teachers, vocational qualification certificate system and five aspects elaborates the university-enterprise cooperation;The fourth part from the atmosphere environment of the construction, the set of training target, course system construction, the construction of the faculty, the improvement of the vocational qualification certificate system, enhancing university-enterprise cooperation six aspects discusses the improvement of higher vocational education in China professional construction strategy.
