Teacher training status of our country can use a word to describe: "make people happy and worry." The reason why people happy is because along with the advancement of the new curriculum reform of basic education in China, the professional development of teachers is in real time.The development of education is basic on the development of the teachers, since the ninety’s of last century, with vigour and vitality of the teacher training was carried out all over the country.The concern is, our teacher has not formed a complete theory about the professional development of teachers, do not fully understand the relationship between the teacher’s growth and dynamic teaching, thus some problems exposed in teacher training, teacher training effectiveness is not high is one of them, the teachers in the classroom listening to the excitement, see touched, but why go back? The ultimate goal of training is to improve the professional quality of teachers, to promote the development of students, but if the training effect is not changed in practice, the teacher training is no value.This paper uses literature research method and interview method, it based on summarizing the current situation of the factors, the effectiveness of teacher training in the training effect and Countermeasures of teachers’ transformation, analyzes the essence into teacher training effect, namely the answer to "what kind of training is the effective training? The effect of teacher training transformed what conditions need to support? And should be based on what criteria as a measure of effectiveness of training transformation dimension?" According to the interview is mainly affected by the school system management mode transformation effect of teacher training,teachers’ interpersonal relationship with the people around, if the school has a good atmosphere and follow-up conversion training institutions for teachers in four aspects.Finally, put forward to promote the transformation of teachers’ Training Strategy: to provide high quality of teacher training for teachers; provide guarantee conditions for the transformation of the teachers and the establishment of a follow-up lasting for teachers guidance.
