| In recent years,with the continuous growth of the society ’s demand for teacher quality,various teacher colleges and teacher majors have focused on improving the training quality of teacher students,and teacher professional certification is a policy standard that guarantees the training quality of teacher students,which has been fully implemented.As the main position for the cultivation of freshmen in Tibet ’s education undertakings,the undergraduate teachers ’majors in Tibet should pay more attention to the certification standards at all levels for teachers’ majors,and take the initiative to conduct standardized training of talents against the certification standards.At the same time,the state has issued a series of policies that use practical teaching as a breakthrough to improve the quality of personnel training.The importance of practical teaching is self-evident.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the professional qualities of teachers ’students by making the practical teaching of each teacher ’s major meet the standards of teacher ’s professional certification,and then improve the overall quality and professionalism of the teachers in Tibet.Based on the in-depth study of a large number of documents,this study objectively defines the concepts of teacher professional certification and practical teaching.At the same time,the analyst professional certification standards put forward specific requirements for all aspects of current practical teaching.Secondly,we selected Tibet University as the research object,interpreted the internship program of Tibet University and the newly revised training program of some teacher majors,conducted a questionnaire survey on normal students according to the current implementation of practical teaching,and combined with interviews with normal students and teachers.Obtain the results of practical teaching in terms of goals,content,management,security and evaluation.Finally,according to the inherent difficulties of practical teaching derived from the results and analysis,according to the professional certification standards,the countermeasures that meet the practical requirements for the practical teaching of the current undergraduate teacher majors in Tibet are provided,and high-quality teacher talents are exported to the society according to the actual educational needs The realization of college education should ultimately serve the functions of society.The study found that the relevant documents of the practical teaching of Tibet University all meet the professional certification standards set by the state,but due to objective practical reasons,there are still many problems in the implementation process,and there is still a period of time away from the requirements of professional certification standards for practical teaching distance.The main performances are as follows: in terms of practical teaching,the positioning is not clear,and even some majors have not clearly defined the goals of practical teaching;in the content of practical teaching,it is single and outdated,and the content system is not yet perfect;in practical teaching management,the school is related The management documents and rules and regulations of the department need to be improved,and the management of teachers and students in the second-level colleges is not yet in place;in terms of practical teaching security,the construction of teachers and bases inside and outside the school is not perfect;Mainly based on result evaluation.In response to the above problems,this study makes recommendations based on professional certification standards.First,it is output-oriented to improve practical teaching objectives and guarantees;second,students-centered design of practical teaching content;third,the principle of continuous improvement to adjust practical teaching management and evaluation mode. |
