With the popular use of Smartphone, the revolution of study which based on wechat and microblog has come into our lives. This also triggered discussion about the changes that microcourse bring to us in the area of education. Based on the revolution of Java study in higher vocational education, this paper designed a new pattern of Java study in class which is based on wechat. We considered it as a meaningful try.In this paper, the first section is introducing the development of microcourse, flipped classroom and mobile learning. And summarize the current situation combined with both the development of domestic and overseas. Then introduce the development of wechat, analyze the advantages of the combination of wechat and the class.After the survey of higher vocational education students, we found some problems in their Java study in class. For instance, the traditional way of teaching cannot attract students; the lack of class time cannot meet contents, the shortage of course resource, the outdated textbooks cannot follow the development of computertechnique and the shortage of communication between teachers andstudents and so on.To solve these problems, according to the teaching outline of thecourse and students’ cognitive level, by recombining the context andresources, the writer implant the study target, learning tasks andrelated requirements to a registered “JAVA study group in wechat”.After a discussion about the development of microcourse about JAVA,a project about microcourse of self-learning system based on wechatis raised. Through this, we can realize menu founction of mircocourse,and finally lead the students learn microcourse of JAVA by usingsmartphone.
