Hurdles is a sport that combines the physical ability, skills andpsychological ability, it requires the athletes have excellentphysical quality, perfect technology, and good psychological quality.Among the professional track and field teaching, the hurdles is asport item with complex technology and higher requirements forphysical quality. Its characteristic is to combine run and stridetogether, not only it requires speed, the movement technology iscomplex. Therefore, the hurdles teaching request students possesshigher physical quality and psychological quality,it has long beenregarded as the focus of teaching.In this paper, the conclusions have been made by using of thefollowing methods: experiment research by the use of auxiliarytrainers in the hurdles teaching, the method of literature material,expert interview, experimental method, logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other ways.1, before the experiment, atest of the physical qualitydifference has been made between theexperimental group and control group of theirtheoretical degree oftheir technology and related knowledge before learning the hurdles.Through the investigation the author found that there is no obviousgap between two groups.In the final examination Experimental group’s hurdles technology and standard evaluation have obviousdifference with the control group. This fully illustrates that thetrainers teaching method and means of design and implementationhave obvious effect. Experiments show that the experimental groupadopted the methods of auxiliary trainers is superior to thetraditional teaching method in the control group.2, the use ofaluminum-plastic tubes "daruma" has obvious positive promotingrole for the control of hurdle technology and the formation of crossrun and run across technology.3, the use of paper carton helpsstudents actively swinging theirlegs whileacrossthe attack bar,fast shearing groundwith legs, supportingthe swinging legwhenafter the bar and forming a good bar technology.4, the use of PPRpipe column frame during thestart technology period to the firstcolumn, enables the athletes keep pace, running speed, overcomethe fear, help keep the shape of the technology.5, to reduce thestandard bar frame ismainly to improve students’ completerunningrhythm form the hurdles, gradually transitto the complete standardhurdle technology and quickly adapt to and grasp the entire bartechnology.6.the use of auxiliary trainersin thehurdles technologyteaching, effectively overcome and eliminate the subconsciousfearsstudents have for the hurdles of hurdle running, change thespecial singledull track and field practice, improve the students’active learning interest, promote students to form correct hurdlingaction technology ina short period of time as soon as possible, so asto improve the teaching effect.University sports education professional track and fieldhurdles teachinghas fewer class hour,complexspecial technology, higher special demand for students’ ability.in order for thestudentsto master the professional sports learning hurdlestechnologyin a short period of time, teachers should study,proficient in professional business, master more effective teachingmethods and meansimprove the quality of teaching. Targetedauxiliary trainersauxiliary experiment can effectively overcome thepotential fear consciousnessfor the hurdle running students in theprocess of teaching, change students learning interest of the simpleand dull track and field practice, grasp the professional skills andrealize the expected result for hurdle running in a short period oftime. Give full play to the special auxiliary trainers in techniquehigher demanded project can improve the teaching effect.
