Mental health is currently a hot research topic, and junior high school students is in a period by the semi-mature to mature. During this period the student is facing various aspects of the social pressures and problems, their physical and mental are experiencing a great test. In this study, we try to find out the relationship among the teacher-student relationship, self-concept and mental health,.Through research,I hope to understand the status,in order to cause concern for junior high school students related to the education sector groups to promote junior provide theoretical and empirical basis of long-term development of Health Education.In this study, the analysis in the literature as well as junior high school on the basis of study on the mental health status.We use the Mental Health Tests,Self Concept Scale and the questionnaire of the relationship between teacher and student as tools for the study.720 junior high school students were choosen for finishing the questionnaires. This is the conclusions after a accurate analysis for 627 effective questionnaires:(1) the overall mental health of junior high school level is acceptable, but there are still nearly 1/4 of mental health problems junior high school, there are 13.7% of the students have mild or moderate mental health problems,9.7 percent of the students was possible the more obvious or serious mental health problems.(2) junior high school mental health problems there are significant differences in gender dimension to the students,,and in grade,hometowns, the one-child dimension are not high..(3) there is a significant relationship among the mental health, teacher-student relationship and self-concept.(4) junior high school students and self-concept has a significant positive effect of their mental health.(5) self-concept serves as an mediation between teacher-student relationship and mental health.
