Learning transfer is a common phenomenon in learning process. Many educationalists and psychologists hold that where there is learning, there is transfer. They also consider teaching as " Teaching for transfer". transfer means that one kind of learning experience will influence another kind of learning, and often described as "comprehend by analogy". Thus, the system of learning transfer possesses a rather practical sense to the goal of mathematics teaching.In this thesis, in-order to improve the teaching status of Vocational Higher Mathematics, the author analyses and explores the questionnaires and testing papers based on Learning Transfer Theory, and provides the strategies. This thesis is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1, Introduction. This chapter introduces the research background, research methods and research significance.Chapter 2, An Overview of the Transfer Theory. This chapter describes the specific "Learning Transfer" concept and the related theories.Chapter 3, The Transfer Factors of Mathematics Learning. This chapter discusses the transfer factors that influence mathematics learning, which include generalizing capability, learning stereotype, non-intelligent factor and the other factors.Chapter 4, The Investigation of the Current Situation of Advanced Mathematics Learning Transfer in Higher Vocational College. This chapter analyzes the concrete results of the questionnaire, and constructs the model of learning transfer ability.Chapter 5, A Research of Learning Transfer Applied in the Advanced Mathematics Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges.
