In this research, the study was performed on Li Ning Sports Park which is located in Nanning, Guangxi. The study methods used were literature review, questionnaire survey, interview, statistical analysis, case study and IPA analysis. This empirical research was based on customers’ experience related to Li Ning Sports Park, Nanning. The objective of this study was aimed to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for construction of Sports Parks in China.Firstly, this research built the customer experience satisfaction scale for Sports Park on the basis of theoretical analysis and expert consultation. Secondly, the BOT model was used to analyze the satisfaction of customers from Sports Park by using the example of Li Ning Sports Park, Nanning. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of this study were presented according to above analysis.The results of this research showed that customers are highly satisfied while experiencing service and environment of Sports Park. The customer satisfaction for staff service, core service and internal environment are higher than surrounding environment, relevant service, geographical location and transportation. According to analysis and evaluation of the results, following are some of the proposed recommendations. Firstly, the Sports Park should give more emphasis on the factor of sports stars’ influence. Secondly, it should attempt to cultivate "amphibious" talent. Thirdly, it should improve the situation within the park such as better facilities and expand the park size. Finally, it should promote the construction of surrounding facilities and improve surrounding environment.
