Basketball as a traditional sport has been widely promoted, particularly in universities, particularly an increase in the basketball game, watching the game can be found about the same skill level basketball players, but in the real core strength causes the body due to lack of lack of tired, action deformation. As a college basketball personnel training for the community should focus on core strength training basketball players, prompting the development of all aspects of the athletes for the community to train more personnel.Core strength has been introduced to various sports programs, colleges and universities across the country and into the sports training, a review of the literature is not difficult to find that core strength training for sports training has a positive role in promoting. Through core strength training can enhance the core area of muscle strength, enhances the strength of small muscles deep, deep muscle activation- the activity of the nervous system, the better to maintain body balance and complete the action in unstable situations. And through the study found that core strength training should be a combination of traditional strength training, and should be placed in front of the traditional strength training.
