The young group of college graduates is the future and hope of the motherland; they bear heavy responsibilities about “Chinese dream”, the great rejuvenation of China and the advance of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. The basic prerequisite for serving the country and the people by the group is the realization of the high quality employment. In order to promote the group of the college graduates to get jobs smoothly, National related policy has responsibilities to bear the dominant and control functions. Since the reform and opening up, the employment resettlement policy of college graduates in China has a huge transformation from the traditional planned economic system to socialist market economy system with Chinese characteristics.
