The Research On Educational Rights Protection Mechanism Of Migrant Children

Through in-depth reform,along with China’s rapid economic growth, especially in the process of transition from agriculture society to modern industrial society. The rapid economic development for labor resources continues to increase in a long term. There is a lot of recurrent population to exist, which its scale is still expanding. At the same time, the educational problem of urban migrant children is increasing outstanding and this problem makes more attention of the government,society and scholars.With the constant improvement of relevant policies in our country,urban migrant children successively experienced the process of rejection,independently solve and limited acceptance. National medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020) put forward the main idea of insist of the government of input areas is given priority to manage and the full-time public primary and secondary school is given priority to ensure urban migrant children equally accept the compulsory education. The central and local government issued lot policies to ensure urban migrant children to enjoy the same right of receiving education. The difficult problem of the children of migrant workers to school will be alleviated. For most migrant workers,it is difficult to improve educational equity and high quality education. Take a comprehensive solution in the compulsory education of children of migrant workers must in the process of urbanization in a gradual manner.This paper studies the children of migrant workers on the example of S city Q region. Based on current policy background and the basis situation, used the literature method,survey method and interview method,collected relevant data and research results. Under the background of the new policy,and find the current situation of compulsory education of the urban migrant children. This article is in-depth analysis of existing main problem of the urban migrant children. At last,on this basis to structure compulsory education mechanism of urban migrant children.
