The Analysis Of The Education Of Career Planning Should Start With The Preschoolers’ Period

Recently, with the appearing of the project of teenager career experience pavilions, the education of career planning for preschoolers has inspired a wild attention and discussions all over the world. It throws a question to the society: do we need to conduct the career planning education to preschoolers. This period, from 3 to 7 years old,is the booming time for their ability which can gain better effect for their education of career planning. Career planning aims at inspiring the gift and intelligent of a person and cultivating them become the professor of their field. We researched the recent studies of this field, looked into the researchers of career planning of preschoolers. We found that there are a few research results of career planning, besides, the idea of preschoolers’ education of this field still far behind. Aiming at this situation, we pay attention to the analysis of importance of this education. Discussing the way how can we educate preschoolers from the perspectives of school, family and society. For schools,they should train those teachers to inform the attitude of career education and build their own spirit of school; for families,parents should accept the idea that parents and children are equal; for society, the community should combine with enterprises, and try to inform a win-win pattern of education of career planning of preschoolers.At the same time,the writer emphasis that we should realize that those three parts are related with each other so tightly.
