The TPR teaching method advocates that we teach the target language in a way combining spoken language to corresponding actions.Children are able to learn Chinese easily in a pleasant atmosphere such as studying Chinese in a song or in a game.That is also consistent with the regular pattern of child’s physical and mental development.This paper,combining with the students’ personality and learning characteristics in Thailand, children’s learning activities in the Chinese classroom in Thailand for reference, through the questionnaire, teaching experiment, classroom observation and other methods, from the aspects of teachers, students and objective data respectively, demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of the TPR teaching method in Chinese class of Thailand primary school fully.For the purpose of providing Chinese teachers some advices on the subject of’how to apply the TPR teaching method to Chinese class’,this paper takes two real teaching cases for example. At the same time,I wish that what I investigate chould rich TPR teaching method theoretical system and practical system according to my overseas internship experience, and provide some referential suggestions for the majority of Chinese teachers.
