Since the basic education curriculum reform, the values teaching and the subject teaching gradually become an organic whole, in the beginning of this century. Because the change that the characteristics of values form, which is necessary. For example,Humanities subjects such as politics, Chinese, history are more system than science courses such as mathematics, physics, Chemistry in realizing the objective of values education research. But the science courses are realizing the importance of values education research. It must need system detailed research.This paper briefly describes the values the present situation of the teaching and research, especially in the case of research into the values of class teaching, and the importance of values into teaching in the classroom. This article analyzed the research status of domestic values education, sums up foreign values education development history and foreign famous five kinds of values education mode in reference values of teaching on the basis of research achievements at home and abroad. The theoretical foundation of the research include values formation theory, humanistic education theory and moral internalization theory. In the process of theoretical research, the author realized the important leading role of teachers in classroom teaching value. Research practice part of the decision to carry out the investigation and study, compile related questionnaire and distribute the questionnaire to collect, the survey results are analyzed in detail, and finally put forward the high school chemistry teachers in the teaching of values some Suggestions on how to play a leading role. In the process of research and analysis puts forward to carry out the "depth" teaching in chemistry classroom, making students form values, developing the teaching of "depth" teaching strategy,introducing practice "depth" teaching cases.
